Yoga is more than physical practice. It is a path of cultivating awareness — through the body, the breath, the mind and ultimately the way we live.
Yoga is a path of turning inward — becoming aware of the body, the breath, the senses and the movements of the mind. Rooted in the teachings of Patanjali, yoga is not only the practice of asana. Through asana, pranayama, meditation and the deeper limbs of yoga, we gradually cultivate steadiness, clarity and awareness, allowing the mind to become quieter and more settled. At Nature Life, we create a space for this practice — a place to move, breathe, observe and develop a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Our teachers bring different experiences, traditions and approaches to yoga, united by a shared commitment to mindful movement, breath and awareness.
Devin is a yoga teacher trained closely by a Himalayan yogi, with a teaching approach rooted in classical Hatha yoga, pranayama and mindful movement. His path is grounded in meditation, self-inquiry and traditional yogic wisdom, supporting students in cultivating health, clarity and deeper self-awareness.
Shalita’s teaching is dedicated to precise alignment and inner clarity, exploring the relationship between breath (Prana) and physical form (Asana). Her classes offer a structured yet peaceful space where students can develop awareness, stability and ease. Her approach encourages us to preserve our vital energy for what truly matters.
With roots in traditional Indian yoga, Kartik offers a thoughtful blend of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, precise alignment, hands-on guidance and embodied movement. His classes combine authenticity with accessibility, helping students develop a deeper understanding of both the practice and their own body.
Kat has practiced yoga for over 10 years and brings an integrated approach to body and mind. Her classes explore balance, strength and flexibility while creating space to feel refreshed, relaxed and present. Her intention is to help students cultivate joy in the heart and calmness in the mind through a balanced physical practice.
Each teacher offers a different expression of yoga. What connects them is an intention to make practice meaningful, mindful and accessible.
